Haze No Longer Being Reported As PS3 Exclusive…

The PS3 line up took another hit today when Ubisoft’s highly anticipated First Person Shooter “Haze” had its PS3 exclusivity rumor squashed once and for all by a developer for the Nottingham, England based video game developer “Free Radical Design”.
FRD is best known for its TimeSplitters series and has been hard at work piecing together the futuristic military FPS. When asked about the title being released only for the PS3 the developer said that production of Haze for Xbox 360 and the PC had been underway all along.
Having already lost the exclusive rights to Devil May Cry 4, Ace Combat, and Virtual Fighter 5, the PS3 has fallen on hard times as of late. If you own one, there is no sense in panicking just yet, kick back … enjoy the HD bliss that is Blue-ray and wait patiently for “Home” to be released to the general public. Metal Gear 4 and Final Fantasy will be here soon enough … whether they remain PS3 exclusives or not is another story.

This is going to happen more and more….
360 can do everythingthe PS3 can. Sony better hope Blu Ray doesn’t failed, because if it does, say goodnight.
I personally think both BluRay and HD DVD will fail, too soon for both of them.

This is old - and not correct… Haze was in production for the 360 and PC but then the PS3 deal was done and so whilst the PC Haze might hit summer next year, could be a long old wait for anything on the 360!!
Nice to see the PS3 world wide sales up over 250% this week… it’s just the start baby!!

We already know Ubisoft resembles a french waffle iron more than a game publisher. They change their mind more often than a woman caught in a revolving door at a department store. To shop or not to shop that is her question! LOLz * For Ubisoft it’s to lie or not to lie (make their Devs look stupid)!!!
The only thing we can be sure of here is the formula with which “Free Radical” designed this game. Firstly they are Leading on the PS3 and the game is being developed using Sony’s “PSSG” Streaming Engine middleware from Khronos Group (Sony donated) as one of it’s tools.
Other than that, we have no dates on any HAZE releases till after the first of the year! …this game will “RoCk” 4Sure on PS3!!! :D
