E3 Or Not E3? That Is The Gears Of War 2 Question…

This doesn’t look like Santa Monica … are you sure this is the way to E3?

Yesterday we reported that a rumor was going around regarding a sequel to the Gears of War game debuting at E3. We put an email into Cliffy B. at Epic late last night looking for a response regarding the matter, when we saw that a UK site (link here) was reporting today that Epic VP, Mark Rein flat out denied the rumor. Rein was quoted saying…

“Did you see the update we just did for Gears of War last week? We’re still working on the first one.”

It is our experience that when someone offers more explanation then you are asking for they are usually hiding something. We will keep you posted on this one so check back often.
