pixeljam Fundraiser: Huge Transformers Auction
by Emily Balistrieri on July 14, 2007 at 1:08 amIf you haven’t visited pixeljam’s awesome website yet, well, you’d better get over there. Not only have they made some great free browser games in a delicious retro flavor, such as Gamma Bros. and Rat Maze 2, but their whole site is beautiful and interactive as well. The guys behind it are terrific fellows and very hard-working. As of right now this is still just their hobby, but someday they hope to be developing full-time.
Recently one of the developers put his entire Transformers collection up on eBay towards just this end. He hopes to make a pile of money so he can concentrate his efforts on bringing out more awesome games. Not only is this an impressive sacrifice in the name of doing what you love, it’s an impressive amount of Transformers! Even if you’re not bidding–one more day left– at least go marvel at the great pix he shot.
