
Super Contra Hits Xbox Live Arcade In Honor Of Contra’s 20 Year Anniversery

Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade will help Konami celebrate the twentieth birthday of Contra, one of its most popular franchises, by releasing “Super Contra” via Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday, July 25 at 9:00 a.m. GMT.
Get ready to kick butt all over again only this time, you won’t be wearing zuba pants. Bill Rizer and Lance Bean are locked, loaded, and ready to destroy the evil Red Falcon forces. Make your way through South America blasting away aliens and performing missions in either single or two player co-op mode!
“Super Contra” will be available worldwide this coming Wednesday the 25th of July for 400 Microsoft Points and is rated E10+.

- Two gameplay modes: single player or two player co-op, either locally on the same Xbox 360 or over Xbox LIVE.
- Players can choose to play with either the original graphics or the enhanced graphics.
- Compete for the weekly and all time high scores on the Leaderboards.
- Earn up to 12 Achievements and 200 Gamerscore.
