I have a UK ps3 with a USA account set up aswell under a second user. The only thing is that you can only download the free content which in most cases comes to the uk a few weeks/months later. If people continue to do this then the uk content will become lesser as it will look like no-one is downloading it. The only bummer is that the USA or JAPANEse content that you have to pay for you can never get to unless you have an address in the repective country as you have to have a credit card in the country's origin.
