TGS07: Home, Sony’s PS3 Social Network, Delayed Until Spring 2008

We know you have been practicing your best dance moves and trying to decide what color to paint your virtual pad, and because of that it pains us to report this news to you, but that is what we are here for — you may want to sit down for this.
The Playstation 3’s much anticipated Home social network has been delayed until Spring 2008. The news was made public at this years Tokyo Game Show during the press conference for Sony Computer Entertainments President and CEO Kaz Hirai.
The only explanation given for the delay was a need for further development time. Stay tuned as we plan on keeping you updated as more information becomes available. We’ll leave the light on for you — sorry, couldn’t resist.
