Rome Has Fallen — Gods and Heroes Placed On Hold Indefinitely
by Rob Way on October 10, 2007 at 6:17 pm

It was announced by Chris McKibbin on the Gods and Heroes webpage that the development of the new MMORPG by Perpetual Games will be put on “indefinite” hold due to the simultaneous development of Star Trek Online while also attempting to grow their Online Game Platform business.
McKibbin states, “Moving forward, we’re shifting our collective focus, resources and development efforts to Perpetual’s Platform Services division and “Star Trek Online”, thereby ensuring that the game lives up to the high level of expectation set by the dedicated Star Trek fan base.”
No statement has been made as to whether or not Perpetual will continue Gods and Heroes at a later date. Nice one Trekkies.
