Sony Cuts Ties with Long Time Ad Agency Responsible for New PS3 Commercials

Did you find yourself watching the new Sony PS3 commercials and saying “wow, those look pretty badass!”, because I sure did. Apparently though, Sony did not share our enthusiasm for the ads. Advertising Age reports that Sony will be ending the relationship with TWBA, the agency of record for the Sony Playstation account going back as far as 1994.
One of the agencies rumored as the successor is Deutsch, who I am very familiar with, having worked with them in the past. It will be interesting to see how all this plays out. Until then, have a look at the latest PS3 and let us know what you think.

They cut them because they were advertisements for a blue ray player, not a video game system.
