PS3/PSP Compatible Robo-Dog on the Way?

Could it be? A PS3/PSP compatible robotic dog is bounding its way into our living rooms? That’s what Stuff Magazine has written on its bejeweled pages. Oh the joy!
No really, it’s very exciting if true. Just listen to what it can do. This Sony AIBO PS, as Stuff Magazine christens it, can be activated via remote play with the PSP, and its movement can be controlled with the PSP, or the PS3’s Sixaxis controller.
Naturally the dog is wireless, can be commanded through voice recognition, and has a head cam which can stream footage to your PSP even alerting you via an email when it senses danger at your premises.
The article goes on to say that the dog will even have it’s own avatar in the online Playstation Home community and that new personalities will be available for download from the Playstation Network.
Now that’d be a bit funky wouldn’t it. I want one! Sadly it’s only a rumour, with Stuff Magazine placing it with a 53% probability. Woof woof.
