NBA Live ’08: New Feature Enables Five on Five Basketball Online.

I’m no longer alone in this world.
A new free downloadable feature for NBA Live called “Online Team Play” enables ten different players on ten different consoles to play against each other — completely eliminating game A.I. from the equation.
Now games will be decided solely on how you work with your teammates. It’s five on five basketball, finally. If you can’t find that many friends, the CPU will take control of any NBA stars that are not controlled by a player.
The feature is automatically available on the Playstation Network and will be available on Xbox Live later on this month.
You know, honestly, the only NBA games I usually buy are the Street series, but this feature sounds really cool, especially when I think about talking to my teammates while the game is progressing. Could be worth a look.
