Boy Takes a Wee on the Family Wii

Danny (6) and Ellis (4)

I was once a small child, so I know how unfair older kids can be when it comes to sharing videogames. 4-year-old Ellis Emsley was getting frustrated at his brother for not giving him a turn on the Nintendo Wii, so he vented that frustration the only way he knew how – by taking a wee on the Wii.

You read that right. Ellis was so upset at his 6-year-old brother that he urinated all over the console, rendering it smelly and inoperative.

The boys’ mother, Kerry, didn’t seem too upset about her son relieving himself on he and his brother’s Christmas gift.

“He was told it was his turn on the Wii next, but he took it a bit too literally and used his secret weapon to sabotage the machine,” she said.

The family is hoping that their insurance will cover the damage, of which the father jokingly remarked:

“’It must surely be counted as a leak.”

Kudos to the boy for taking matters in his own hands and raising awareness about videogame etiquette. I know I’ll never hog a console again.
