Analyst Says Spore Likely Delayed Again

While the above image might be a tad bit of an exaggeration, it certainly feels accurate. Despite Spore’s new expected release date of March/April 2008, Janco Partners analyst Mike Hickey thinks that the game will likely be delayed again – this time until the latter half of 2008.
While this should come as a surprise to absolutely no one, it still upsets me. For some reason, I actually believed in this release date, so much so that I let my hype overtake me. Here’s to hoping that Hickey’s wrong and we’ll see Spore in a few months.

I mean, we can still hope, right?
