Anno 1701: Released Early or Street Date Broken?
by Roly Reyes on February 17, 2008 at 6:45 pm
According to several sources, Anno 1701: Dawn of Discovery isn’t set for release until March 4th, but Wal-Mart and NeoGAF user itschris beg to differ.
Apparently Anno 1701 was already released in Europe and had no American publisher on board. Ubisoft grabbed that bull by the horns and decided to take this puppy out for a ride. I’ve personally never heard of this game, but from what I’ve seen things are mostly positive.
If you’re interested, itschris claims to have found it at his local Wal-Mart for $29.99.
