Earn Money in Fable 2 Before It Releases – No Prostitution Required

In an attempt to get you more excited about Fable 2’s release, Peter Molyneux and the studly geniuses at Lionhead are giving you an early taste in the form of an Xbox Live Arcade game.

Keystone is a downloadable XBLA game that will release prior to Fable 2. It’s just one of the many mini-games found in Fable 2, but Keystone will let you gamble and win gold that you can then transfer into your Fable 2 saved game. You can be a rich bitch before you even enter the world of Albion!

No release date has been given for either Fable 2 or Keystone, but the stars are aligning for a Summer delivery. Keystone already looks ready to go, so it can up and surprise us at any time. Be on the lookout for that crafty bastard on the marketplace, or just stay tuned to Ripten and we’ll let you know when it’s coming out.

Lionhead may not always manage to reach the lofty goals they set for themselves, but they are friggin’ geniuses. This is a much better way for them to build hype AND generate income for their game than releasing dashboard themes and/or gamer pics.

I don’t know where Ripten gets that piece of info about Keystone making a Summer release!?!? How so? I mean PM will be telling us the “forth” feature to Fable 2 in July at E3, so I wonder where Ripten gets this from??
Fable 2 won’t release until the holidays, most likely in October or November.

I didn’t say it’s coming out in the Summer. I said it SEEMS like it’s going to come out in the Summer, or specifically “the stars are aligning for a Summer delivery”. No official release date has been given for either game, but when you consider Summer doesn’t actually end until September 22, the chances of Keystone releasing by then are relatively high. If Keystone only released a week or two before Fable 2, it’s not that big of a deal, but a month or two is something to talk about. A month or two before your assumed October/November release date would put Keystone’s release still in the realm of Summer.

    Feel better?
