I think il be safe to say that I hold the best first playing record in GTA IV (PS3) with 36 hours to 100% completion without cheats. This was done right after the Norwegian release of the game, got my game from Spaceworld Bodø and just started it asap and started my journey. Although that doesn't include driving around causing general havoc time, which can easily rack up pretty quickly. @LC It's an open world, you don't have to play the mini-games (Rampages, Taxi, Ambulance etc).
