Hudson is working on a new Bomberman title for Nintendo’s WiiWare, Nintendo’s new online Xbox Live Arcade competitor.

Players choose their Miis, which are then shown in cutscenes, but there’s no official word yet on if your Mii actually shows up in battle. Bomberman for WiiWare will also feature a single player campaign, unlike the previous Bomberman Live for Xbox Live Arcade. Hudson is also adding some RPG elements which will allow you to level up your character.

Bomberman hits the Japan WiiWare in June; no word yet on a US release.
