Japanese Hardware Sales (03/24 – 03/30): The Monster Hunter Cometh
by Kat Bailey on April 4, 2008

Last week we said that Monster Hunter Portable G would probably skew this week’s hardware rankings in favor of the PSP. In retrospect, that might have been an understatement.
With the PSP pushing well over 100,000 units this week (more than all other consoles/handhelds combined), the low murmur that the DS might be past its peak has picked up a bit, to be silenced again when Dragon Quest IX hits Japan.

3. Wii - 48,785
4. PlayStation 3 - 11,206PlayStation 2 - 10,296
