Fatal Inertia Finally Making Its Way Home

MTV Multiplayer blog has been handed the exclusive announcement of Fatal Inertia EX. It’ll be made available during late May on PSN, for the low, low price of $29.99 and will support DualShock 3 rumble and Sixaxis tilt control. It will not be seeing a retail release.
In comparison, the 360 retail version, which will be lacking new features and gameplay tweaks of the PSN version (patch, please?), is available now for the same $29.99.
Fatal Inertia, at first, was slated to be a launch title exclusively for the PS3. Due to unforeseen obstacles with the PS3 hardware and “growing pains” as a team, it was announced to be multiplatform title before they finally dropped the PS3 version.
The MTV Multiplayer blog has an interview with lead producer Doug Bond interwoven throughout their article and has quite a bit of insight, for those who are interested.
