		<description>Well, there is another way -- modify the firmware to accept off-the-shelf USB hard drives.  I&#039;d be surprised to see that, though, since, while it&#039;s certainly the fastest, most open, and most flexible option, it&#039;d mean that Nintendo loses out on those lucrative console-accessory sales.</description>

		<description>Other electronic devices with sd support have received firmware upgrades that add support for sdhc cards and I think that its plausible that a firmware update could address the inability to read from sd cards as well. I think its the smartest solution and really the only way to address storage issues without issuing hardware.</description>
