Spore Galactic Edition Beaming Down
EA and Maxis announced today that a special edition of Spore, dubbed the “Galactic Edition” will be available alongside the regular edition on September 5th in Europe and September 7th in North America and Asia. Hit the jump to find out what goodies it will contain.
Called the “ultimate backstage pass for the Spore universe,” the Spore Galactic Edition will come with the Making of Spore DVD, the How to Build a Better Being DVD from the National Geographic Channel (which airs September 9th), The Art of Spore hardback mini-book, a fold-out Spore poster, and a premium 100-page Galactic Handbook.
After being so excited about the game for so long – and even moreso after the creature creator was released – I think I owe it to myself to pick up the Galactic Edition. What do you guys think? Any Spore fanatics jumping for joy?
