One has to hope that their laziness will save us all.

I'm hoping they're too lazy shitify Bioware's projects, instead of just leaving them be and making money.

How much insight do have for the actual reasons EA sports games are so bad? I'm curious to know what factors are at play. You mentioned that a lack of competition has made way for developer laziness, but which developers are they? How much development does EA directly contribute?

There may still be hope that Take Two's projects will still be handled by the same people, and still as good as they ever would have been, because some devs actually like making good work.

There's definitely absolutely no good that come from this, but let's hope it doesn't plummit to hell like a lead anvil either.

At least if it gets any worse it'll create sufficient demand for fresh ideas from new/upcoming developers too.
