Resident Evil 5 Heroine Detailed
by Wade Larson on July 10, 2008 at 11:59 am

After much speculation, we have some info on the mysterious woman in Capcom’s upcoming Resident Evil 5.
Famitsu managed to snag the info, and it turns out the woman featured in the trailers is Sheva Alomar, a native African and a member of the B.S.A.A. (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance), the same organization Chris is working for in the North American branch.
It seems Sheva was involved in a bio-terror incident in her past, and it fueled her desire to work counter-terrorism. Her path will eventually cross with Chris’s in the village of Kijuju, the town full of baddies shown in the trailers.
Also revealed is a shady, robed character. What do we know about him? Well, he likes robes. That’s about it. Fans will recall both the arms-dealing stranger and the main nemesis, Saddler, in RE4 were fond of cloaking themselves in billowy clothing and had a penchant for mysterious hoods, so one can only speculate as to the nature of this new character.
