Geeked-Out: Unbreakable Self-Defense Umbrella

Wouldn’t it be neat if your umbrella could protect you from criminals and the rain? Look no further than this bad boy right here. There’s even a video to demonstrate what would happen if you were ever attacked by watermelons.
The Unbreakable Walking-Stick Umbrella (as it is officially called) is actually carried by the presidential secret service of the Philippines, the PSG. It is completely legal to carry everywhere, has no special parts, and is the perfect self-defense tool for “anyone that knows how to strike with a sturdy stick”.

Check out the Unbreakable Walking-Stick Umbrella in action (and for the record, I don’t understand what difference the straight handle makes at the end of the video):
To my knowledge, it does not deflect bullets, emit poison gas, or make you able to jump off buildings and float down safely. Either way, I will from here on out never mess with a dude carrying an umbrella.
You can purchase your own Unbreakable Walking-Stick Umbrella for a crisp $180.

I recently purchased one of these umbrellas. It is very well made and does everything that the videos show. It is nice to be able to have something close at hand for self-defense at all times, without being obvious. Since I live in a State that allows very little in the way of self-defense products, this item is a blessing. Although it is not inexpensive, you get what you pay for, and in this case, you get a very high quality product. I wholeheartedly endorse this item and have no misgivings of paying more than for your average umbrella.

I wouldn’t mind carrying around one of those umbrellas for self defense. They appear to be extremely durable!
