Killzone 2 Multiplayer Footage on PSN [UPDATE]

With Sony’s E3 Conference at an end, there was an unexpected silence from Killzone 2. However, if you make your way to the US PlayStation Store you’ll be able to find a new trailer. And it’s not the same old single-player stuff. It’s Killzone 2 Multiplayer and it looks incredible.

Rumoured to be 32 player online, the multi-player will support a new badge system, which allows users to complement their play style by mixing abilities into primary and secondary slots. PSU writes, “The primary badge defines the main role of the player character, as well as its outward appearance, while the secondary badge serves as a complementary ability that enhances the main role.” The full list of badges can be found at PSU.com

[UPDATE] Sony appears to have removed the Killzone 2 trailer from the PlayStation Store. Perhaps we weren’t meant to see it yet. Oh well, we have it here! Don’t tell anyone. There will be new Killzone 2 announcements every E3 day, so stay tuned.
