Maybe it's just a matter of matching with a person who... Ack,who am I trying to deceive;most people I know don't even open their ports for playing,they just pretend their router settings are ok while thinking that's the way its meant to be played(lose connection 8 times in 1 hour),or "ps3's online sucks". "Nah,I don't play online,it isn't fun" You don't even know how your connection works dude... There are too many bad ISP's and too much lazy people yet for this to work properly. me angry.
