Fallout 3 Launch Party Will Detonate October 18th In Los Angeles

The highly anticipated Fallout 3 is set to launch come the end of this month, and Bethesda’s prepared to ring it in with a bang.
Next Saturday, Bethesda will be throwing a launch party for Fallout 3 in Los Angeles. It’s sure to entertain, as hosts will include Courtney Cox (there’s a Friendly face), David Arquette, Odette Yustman, Ben Harper, and the Zenimax board of directors.
In the spirit of the event, the Foo Fighers are scheduled to nuke every living organizim within a 25 yard radius. We’re just kidding. They’ll be performing their music of course.
Fallout 3 is set to release October 28th, 2008 for the Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3.

do you have any other information about that party. i live in LA and wondering if it was an open event or an invite only event.

I’m pretty sure it is invite only. I can shoot an e-mail to Bethesda anyway and find out for you.

FYI…the party is actually tomorrow.
