Today’s Watercooler features a picture that is either incredibly disturbing or maybe hilariously creepy, all depending on your point of view. It may also be “You’re a dick for laughing at the way people look”, but the people that would think that are just silly.
I’m sure a few of you have seen this picture before, but I’m also pretty sure that it doesn’t matter and you want to see it again anyway… except with our watermark on it this time.

Seriously, what the fuck is that? I am of the impression that this would have to be the orphaned love child of The Joker and The Penguin, or perhaps they are actually brothers and this is their mom. Maybe she’s just doing Joker Penguin’s mom cosplay? Regardless, it creeps me the fuck out and makes me scared to go pee-pee at night.
