No More Heroes From Ubisoft

Okay, so my overzealous pursuit for clever headlines may cause more damage than usual this time. Sue me. Although Ubisoft did actually publish No More Heroes, they’ve recently announced that they’ll be dropping the game Heroes based on the TV series.
Jaime Cottini, Ubisoft’s PR director said, “The rights to the ‘Heroes’ video game have reverted back to NBC Universal. Ubisoft will no longer produce a video game based on the TV series.”
Pretty standard statement, but official, if nothing else.
Currently in its third season, Heroes has seen a sharp decline in love from both fans and critics alike since its first season where it was a critically acclaimed breakout hit. Then again, this may prove to be a blessing rather than a curse, seeing as how unbelievably atrocious Lost: Via Domus was. I’d really love those 8 hours of my life back, assholes.

Cookigaki firmly believes the problem with season 3 is that has not once so far shown any ninja sword. Cookigaki does not approve!
