The Watercooler – 15 November 2008

by Dan Landis on November 15, 2008 at 4:04 am

The Watercooler

Warning: The Watercooler is the best thing you will see on the Internet today, mainly because it is the best thing I saw on the Internet yesterday. Be advised that these Watercooler stories are not necessarily videogame related (they usually won’t be), and are often silly, controversial, and/or not safe for work (NSFW). If this type of content frequently offends you, please be aware that I just warned you — if you still click through and get offended, it will be your own stupid fault. Otherwise, please continue…

Today’s Watercooler features another heelarious political video. After watching yesterday’s Watercooler video, Dylan Duarte was reminded of some other presidential-themed video that needed to be featured on The Watercooler. I figured now is just as good of a time as any, especially because I would likely forget about it if I didn’t do it today.

Alright, so what’s it about then? Well, Obama decides to Rickroll McCain during a speech by taking over his backdrop and singing “Never Gonna Give You Up”… and surprisingly it doesn’t feature a dog. Yup.

I’ll give you one guess where this video was found.

You’re welcome.

Think you have something that could be Watercooler material? Send it to dlandis@ripten.com. If your submission gets featured, you will win a prize package full of pride and accomplishment.

Of course it’s old. People stopped caring about the election months ago. It doesn’t make this any less awesome… or at least not THAT much less awesome.

    This is the internet!

Age of news is inversely proportional to awesomeness!

True as that may be, The Watercooler is not and never intended to be news. And besides, if you’ve never seen it before, it’s news to you.

You’re forgetting one thing: most internet users (save for Cookigaki) are idiots.

Wait, so are you trying to prove my point for me now?

    on November 15, 2008 6:51 am

I don’t know, actually. I just wanted Cookigaki to like me.

Hahaha, I’m pretty sure he does. I don’t think he would call you Sam-san if he didn’t.
