good review but I never saw any hype for this game, or any trailers

Dan, try this layout: left shoulder-btn fires left weapon, right shoulder-btn fires right weapon, right-thumbstick click to fire shoulder weapons. Leave boost and quick boost to the triggers, and leave movement and rotation to both sticks. Map the rest to whatever you like.

In order to use this properly, wrap both hands on the controller so that left index finger on left-shoulder btn, left middle finger on boost, and mirror for right hand.

If you get used to this setup, you’ll be in full control at all times, able to move, rotate and fire at will with zero lag time to move fingers. Then come back and review this again.

Sorry, die hard fan here. But no other game, not by a long shot, gives you so much 3-dimensional control of a humanoid warrior, yet enough speed to actually avoid and shoot down seeking missiles, and avoid auto-aim fire from an enemy.

It’s funny, I got so frustrated with Dark sector that I traded it out on goozex before finishing it, the recently I saw it on newegg for 12.00 shipped and grabbed it again to try to finish it.

Cookigaki read energy blade and stopped. Cookigaki will rent this game, but remains disappointed that there is no sci-fi boobage which may very well be the best kind of boobage.
