If there’s one new PS3 franchise that deserved a sequel,is this.Uncharted may not be flawless, but you can feel[N.dog]’s love in its making.
Like they truly cared, truly tried. And knowing the developer’s CV,is an impressive change of gameplay & style;few developers can survive to themselves after that :D
I’m glad they picked this over Heavenly Sword in fact.Sorry[N.Theory],your game was shallow, short and technically underwhelming.Sorry,I don’t get why the people thought it was impressive, for me is dull,AI-less and graphically mediocre.
Uncharted’s only flaw was being short.
Free climbing? thank you very much[N.Dog],hey you are master animators and mo-capers but,how about asking sony for some of the animations in the canned [8 days]? For enemies or NPC’S,or to further improve the variety of cover mechanics. It could save you some time for other details. :D

I agree; Naughty Dog’s games have always been fantastic, and I expect no less of this one. I think Drake is a great character, and he seems ever the same in this!

Looking forward to this game and all the news up to it’s release, It would be really cool if they took the cut scenes and added some more scenes analog to the areas that are gameplay and make a complete feature film out of it. maybe as a bonus or an unlockable. that would be pretty cool.

It looks good but I don’t see how it looks impossible or extraordinary.

Should have posted that in the newer article that references this one, oh well.

DavidGX, I was curious, what do you think of Uncharted? does it look to be a good game to you?
on December 3, 2008 11:37 am
I heard it was good, haven’t played it myself though.
I was just commenting on (but failing to, posted reply to the wrong article) the remarks that this was actually real-time. The graphics look good but it doesn’t strike me as “Holy cow, that’s real-time???” good.

DavisGX, I know that you are a 360 guy, and that is a shame, games like Uncharted are what made me get the PS3. I love my 360 and I have Gears 2 sitting here when I get done with Resistance 2. (Matter of fact I was one of those Idiots that stood in front of EB at 11:30PM on launch day to pick up my pre-ordered 360.) I couldn’t resist not owning both machines Esp. since
I wanted to upgrade my Home theater to blu-ray (good excuse :P)

I don’t have a PS3 because I just don’t really have a reason for one. The multi-platform games are better on 360 and the exclusives that PS3 has aren’t enough to justify me spending the money, especially with FF13 and possibly MGS4 making the jump to 360.
If they got some more good exclusives and came down in price (significantly) I’d get a PS3.
