SOCOM: Confrontation’s highly anticipated 1.30 patch has finally been released today, January 9th. The update was put into effect early this morning during the hours of 5AM EST/2AM PST. The patch brings with it Trophies, D-pad lean-in, a Quick Match/Party system, as well as important bug fixes and new features. The patch will also be clearing out all player statistics in order to provide correct Trophy support.

I’ve been waiting for this patch for over two months now, and I’m glad to see it’s finally here. The 1.20 patch helped clear out some big glitches from the Confrontation launch, but there were still some areas that needed to be fixed and this new patch will address those issues.
