I nearly featured the word “shockingly” in the title of this post. Nearly. Just count yourself lucky that I didn’t. Anyway, watch this video. I’d known about inFamous, the latest from the Sly Cooper team, for a while before watching this, but I wasn’t half as excited for the game back then. What the game looks like, and what I hope it turns out to be, is Crackdown plus the climbing from the likes of Uncharted. Run, jump, climb, smash some cars, climb more, do a massive diving leap off of the highest building in the city. Maybe I’m enthusing a little too much, but it does look like pure fun.

1 Comment » The Whaler on January 12, 2009 11:17 pm Apparently this game is free roam and hearing that (even as a rumor or possible fact) it makes me even more excited about the game and the sad thing is this is probably going to be an extremely awesome game but get no love. People are more interested in R5 (even though I am also)and Street Fighter IV. But then again it’s also a matter of opinion in the end. RSS feed for comments on this post.
