Pikmin and Mario Power Tennis Wii remakes dated

…in more ways than one. Nintendo Everything report that New Play Control! Pikmin and New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis will be released in Europe on the 6th of February and 6th March respectively. “New Play Control!”, as well as being a fantastic example of Engrish, is possibly the most literal title to a series of games I’ve ever seen.
The “New Play Control!” versions, well, feature new play controls. Pikmin’s save system has been updated, so you can play whichever day you want over and over. Good choice, since that game was over way too quickly. I wonder if you can guess what the new version of Mario Power Tennis is. Yes, it’s Wii Sports Tennis with Mario. Nintendo have realised that they don’t need to make new games any more, since it can just peddle it’s old games to the new market with the promise of more Wii Tennis. Nintendo, I do so wish I couldn’t rag on you like this. You used to be cool, man.
