Dragon Quest IX Case Makes DS Tastefully Stylish

Some companies release special edition DS’s when their software hits the market.  Square-Enix decided that with Dragon Quest IX, a case will do just fine — and I agree.

The case, which is coming out on March 28th (same day as the slime speaker), will retail for about $12 and really is quite nice to look at.

I have seen other cases on DSs that seem gaudy or are just eye sores, but this one displays a picture of a couple of slime without overbearing colors.  This should be relatively easy to get outside of Japan and I may even try to get this case even though I have never played a Dragon Quest game (don’t kill me!).

    Square Enix! Why must you release all the coolest crap in Japan! I’ve developed a love for DQ in the last few years and this be awesome to own! I’ll just have to settle for a plushy slime instead I supppose.
