Dead Rising 2 announced
Capcom today confirmed that Dead Rising 2 is indeed a game that will exist at some point in the future. Set in Las Vegas Fortune City, Capcom promises thousands of zombies and plenty of new weapons to kill them brutally with. The game, being developed by Blue Castle, will be available on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, although there is no release date yet.
It’s good to see the game coming to more platforms this time around; Dead Rising would have found so much more love if it had been multiplatform. Oh, and here‘s a viral video that was confirmed to be real, too. It’s not too heavy on game footage, but there is a delightfully bootlegged feel to it.
