Nintendo DSi Hits North America on April 5

That’s right homies, the Nintendo DSi is finally hitting American shores on April 5, in both black and blue colors. Retailing at $169.99, the DSi will surely be flying off shelves with it’s new features such as a pair of cameras, a voice recorder and the ability to play music from an SD card. The handheld will also introduce its own download application, suitably called DSiWare, with downloadable software starting at 200 DSi points. No word on whether or not the DSiWare will be available at launch, but if Nintendo we’re smart (which they obviously are) they’d have it ready by day one.
