Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks Teaser Trailer
by Patrick Steen on March 25, 2009 at 12:37 pmFollowing its reveal during Satoru Itwata’s GDC keynote, here’s the first HQ teaser trailer for the Nintendo DS game Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
Our very own Jon Zungre was at the Nintendo president’s keynote at this years Game Developer’s Conference in San Franciso and he gave his impressions on the new Zelda game in a previous post. Nintendo has since released a press release for the game, which reads:
“The new The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks game that Iwata announced will utilise the intuitive touch control of Phantom Hourglass in an all new adventure that will please longtime Zelda fans while keeping the game accessible to all DS owners.
“The concept behind this Zelda game includes utilising a steam locomotive to travel around the world, switching Phantom and Link to explore the dungeons, and solving puzzles using new items.”
Is this a megaton? I’m not so sure.

Yeah new Zelda :) Glad Nintendo is using that engine they made from Phantom as it really did shine on the DS (least I thought so) Also using the touch battling! I did like the combat they had for the title minus the roll. Dang small circle only worked half the time ><
