Hideo Kojima, creator of the famed Metal Gear Solid series, held a keynote at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco today. Towards the end of the conference, he revealed his next mission: ‘The Next MGS’.
In the image, we see a person who looks like it’s definitely Raiden turning his back towards the text. So the next Metal Gear Solid awaits us, and Raiden may be the star this time around.

I really hope Raiden isn't the focus of the next MGS that might just ruin the series, though if this continues AFTER MGS4 no matter what the focus it will no doubt ruin MGS.

If the new MGS does star Raiden, we were already told and should not be surprised. Back in MGS3:Subsistence was released, didn't the video where Raiden tried to kill Big Boss end with Rose saying "There will always be MGS5, right?"
