Did the ESRB Leak Max Payne 1 & 2 for the Xbox 360?

The ESRB has never been an impenetrable fortress of information, and the fact that they have a search function on their website doesn’t really help them keep things secret. Destructoid pointed our earlier today that the ESRB is now listing three Max Payne games, one being the poorly-recieved Max Payne Advance, and the other two being Max Payne 1 and 2, which are listed for the Xbox 360.
Since Rockstar announced Max Payne 3 a short time ago, they may be looking to release the previous games on Xbox Live in the same time frame as the third’s release in retail. Destructoid also pointed out that the games weren’t listed for the PS3, which could signal another exclusive for Microsoft. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see what Rockstar says on the matter.

It would be nice to have some more Xbox Originals in the Marketplace and Max Payne would be great! Sony hasn't put anything from the PS2 days on the PSN yet as it's only PS1 titles for retro gaming. I wonder if that'll stay that way or not but it is a good tactic releasing the older ones even as downloadables to help spur interest for the new one. Nintendo does that a lot with the VC already why not the others

Max Payne was nowhere near as good on console as it was on PC. Even if it does come out as an Original, I wouldn't buy it. In fact, most Originals are rip-offs — way too pricey for 7-year-old games.

I thought Max Payne on the Xbox was a rocking good time. Yes I'm sure the PC counter part was all the sweeter but that goes without saying ;)
Still the Xbox Originals are a nice way to get old games you could have missed out on. What are the prices for them? 10-15 bucks? If that's the case the price is right around that on buying from a used gaming store and cheaper in some cases.

even though targeting with the mouse will probably always be better than with analog sticks, i thought both max payne games on the PS2 were amazing and i cannot wait for the new bearded max payne this winter. in fact, i'm going to start growing a beard right now in its honor…
