About the “IDEAL HARDWARE” detail...from the information that is shown it trully seems Jervis Tetch, the Mad Hatter could show up. The shadow "getting bigger" could be Man-Bat opening his wings or Clayface changing his form. Also the big ammount of fire could indicate Firefly, but also could not. The posters, Icebergue Lounge, SIONIS and the cat clearly show that Two-Face, Penguin, Black Mask and Catwoman might show up.

Occasionally it is Killer Croc or Banes hand that snatches the Titan, (can you imagine croc on Venom). I have finished the game 7 times and the First time i got Killer Croc, the Second time Scarecrow, 3rd i got Croc again. 4th i got Bane. 5th Scarecrow, 6th Killer Croc and 7th Bane.
