Rumor: Wii NFL Football Exercise Trainer Coming From EA Sports
Electronic Arts has a new title on the way, one that’s supposed to be announced in January. The latest rumor from the internets is that the title is an NFL-licensed football trainer that will ship with a football shaped peripheral of some sort.
Sports titles make me cringe and the thought of “doing sports” in real life scares me, so I want nothing to do with this product, but EA must think that someone will want it, assuming this rumor is true.
Who’s going to go for this type of thing? I can’t see hardcore sports gaming enthusiasts being too excited for it and I don’t think the Wii Fit/exercising crowd would care much for playing football. Maybe some of you can chime in with your thoughts?
