Xbox 360 Hatches Your Baby Chocobo Avatar Today

Who’s your baby daddy? Xbox 360!! If you participated in the Xbox 360 Twitter based Final Fantasy XIII “White Promo” that Microsoft kicked off back in November, you’re going to want to check your email inbox today, as it should contain a special code that unlocks a baby Chocobo avatar pet. Simply enter the code into your Xbox LIVE account and all the joy of a newborn Chocobo will be yours. I personally think it should automatically power up your 360 throughout the night and let out a strange bird like crying sound that forces you to get up and play an interactive coddling game with it until it calms down giving you just enough time to crawl back into bed before it starts back up again — but that’s just the sick and twisted kind of bastard that I am.

    the chocobo's cute, but it needs to be able to grow.
    like this time next year it's about half my size.
    then in another year i'm riding the thing.

    right now it looks just like a chicken, and nothing more.
