DJ Hero 2: DJ Guetta Confirms His Work On Activision Sequel
Well, in somewhat surprising news, it looks like Activation’s DJ Hero will be getting a sequel despite the poor sales of the original game. DJ Guetta, one of the DJ’s who worked on some DLC for the original game has confirmed he will be working on the sequel.
In the past, Dan Rosensweig, the CEO of Guitar Hero, hinted on the creation of more DJ Hero titles — and it now looks like his subtle hints are coming to fruition. There is also rumor that the untitled DJ Hero sequel will hit store shelves as early as October 2010, however no official release date has been scheduled as of yet.
So it looks like those of us who can afford it can expect to light up the virtual dance floors with our artificial turntables once again in the near future.
