Star Wars: The Old Republic Looking at Spring 2011 Launch?
Star Wars: The Old Republic has been hotly anticipated by nerds across the galaxy (myself included) since BioWare first announced the MMO in October of 2008, well over a year ago. When talking about Electronic Art’s fiscal year, EA CEO John Riccitiello may have announced that the game is aiming for a Spring 2011 launch.
“One key driver is going to be the launch date of our major MMO. As it stands today, the game is making great progress towards a Spring 2011 launch.”
I say may have because he didn’t specifically say Star Wars, but as That Videogame Blog points out, EA doesn’t have any other upcoming major MMOs that anybody is aware of.
