Swedish Heavy Metal Band Rocks About Starcraft
What’s cooler than a heavy metal band rocking out about videogames? Absolutely nothing, that’s what. That’s why Swedish heavy metal band Avatar is the cat’s pajamas as far as I’m concerned with their song Queen of Blades, based on the nasty Starcraft villainess. The Queen of Blades is the primary antagonist in the Starcraft games. She appears in Starcraft as a Terran psychic, a regular ol’ girl who is captured by the Zerg and turned into a Zerg/human hybrid.
Avatar is a Swedish metal band that has three albums. Their first album, Thoughts of No Tomorrow, was released in 2006 and entered the top three on the charts in Sweden.
