E310: New Trailer for Ubisoft’s I Am Alive

At E3 last week, there were two games I was sad to have not seen at the Ubisoft keynote- Beyond Good & Evil 2, and I Am Alive. While both of those games were confirmed to still be in development, we hadn’t seen much of either game in two years- until last week, when Ubisoft quietly released a new trailer for I Am Alive, the post-earthquake survival shooter announced at Ubidays in ’08.

The trailer doesn’t give us a glimpse of anything we don’t already know, really- there was an earthquake in Chicago, people died, but some people also stayed alive. Including the game’s main protagonist, who is presumably the basis for the title. What the trailer does confirm is a spring 2011 release date, so I guess that’s something to look forward to. What’s with all the secrecy, Ubisoft? Give us some information, damn it! (via Destructoid)
