Apes I can understand, but how in the hell did the DualShock evolve into the Dumb Jock?
Twenty years from now we’ll all find ourselves desperately trying to explain what physical controllers meant to gaming, and though we’ll probably have fail miserably, a quick look back at this quaint little sketch will bring us back to a better place in time.
A note from the artist himself:
“Not so much of a joke as it’s just an illustrated look at the evolution of controllers over time…from Pong to Kinect, I tried to put all the landmarks there. Hope you enjoy it.”
