Despite the fact that we first heard about it in 2007, we haven’t seen or heard much about L.A. Noire, Team Bondi and Rockstar’s 1940s sandbox murder mystery game. The trailer shown off years ago was interesting enough, but the closest thing we’ve come to news regarding the game since then is that was a tweet confirming that L.A. Noire would release this fall.
If you were looking forward to getting your hands on the game this fall, then you’re out of luck, because gaming magazine Xbox 360 World is saying that L.A. Noire is releasing in spring of next year, pushed back far from the projected fall 2010 date. While Rockstar has stated that they haven’t announced a formal date yet, and that they don’t comment on rumors, refusing to deny it outright says so much more than they would have liked to. Hopefully, we’ll at least get another trailer for the game before this fall, though. [Source: ScrawlFX]
