Alan Wake “The Signal” DLC Available Today
The first of two downloadable Alan Wake installments, “The Signal”, is available on Xbox Live today. It’s free for those who bought Alan Wake brand new. For those that didn’t, it’s 560 MS points, or seven bucks in real money.

Threatening to overwhelm Alan’s mind, the nightmarish mysteries feel chillingly familiar. Keep your flashlight nearby as you get ready to follow “The Signal.”
That isn’t very informative, but that also means you’ll be going into it completely spoiler-free, which makes everything better. The DLC currently has a 77 on Metacritic (out of only five reviews) and from what I’ve read should take a little more than an hour to complete.
